Liability Release:

1. Entry Fee, Acceptance, and Conduct

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Walter’s may accept/decline entries and limit participation.

• The entry fee is non-refundable once paid, including if I cancel, do not attend, or am removed.

• I will follow all event rules, posted notices, and staff instructions.

• Walter’s may deny admission or remove any participant or guest for unsafe, reckless, disruptive, unlawful, or prohibited conduct or for violating these terms. Removal will be without refund.

2. Vehicle, Property, and Insurance

• I am responsible for my vehicle, trailer, equipment, tools, and personal property (and my guests’ property).

• I am responsible for maintaining appropriate auto, property, and liability insurance.

• Walter’s does not insure my property and is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that a car show involves inherent risks (for example: vehicle movement, traffic/pedestrians, uneven surfaces, weather, noise, equipment, and the acts or omissions of others). I voluntarily assume all such risks for myself and my guests, to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law.

4. Release / Hold Harmless

In exchange for being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless The Walter Brewing Company, Walter’s Beer LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, agents, staff, volunteers, event sponsors, and affiliated parties (the “Released Parties”) from claims arising out of the event or my participation, including personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law (including claims based on ordinary negligence). This does not waive claims that cannot legally be waived under Colorado law.

5. Alcohol, Marijuana, Smoking, and Vaping (Brewery Property)

• Alcohol: Alcohol purchased from The Walter Brewing Company must stay on brewery property. No alcohol may be carried, consumed, or possessed off the permitted premises such as on sidewalks, parking lot or street, No outside alcohol is permitted on brewery property. This means outside beer products, wine, and shooters are not allowed.

• Marijuana (family-friendly policy): Walter’s is a family-friendly brewery. Please help keep the show comfortable for everyone. Marijuana and marijuana products may not be used, possessed, or consumed anywhere on brewery property, including the parking lot, sidewalks, and surrounding areas. Public consumption of marijuana is illegal in Colorado, and consumption on or around licensed premises is not permitted.

• Smoking/Vaping: Cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking and vaping of all kinds is not allowed indoors or within 20 feet from a doorway.

6. Photos and Video

I grant permission to the Released Parties to photograph/record me and my vehicle and to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and statements for lawful promotional and business purposes (including social media), without compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
