Must be fluent in Quickbooks, bank reconciliations, P&L reporting, balance sheets, A/P & A/R duties, payroll, journal entries, and solid understanding of accounting principals and practices backed up with a resume of ample experience in these duties. HR functions for a small team of staff are a part of this position.

Head Brewer
Head Brewer
We are looking for an experienced Head Brewer to add to our team! If you are no stranger to micro brewing on a 10 BBl and/or 20 BBL system at a wholesale level with a busy taproom, then we want to talk to you! This position is a full time position. This position will be responsible for brewing practices (day-to-day production and packaging of beer at the brewery), inventory management, cleaning and maintenance of brewing facilities (including equipment and supplies), and all record-keeping. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, the production and packaging of beer, cleaning, sanitation, and working with other members of the team to ensure all beer leaving the facility meets or exceeds The Walter Brewing Company’s standards at all times.
